Service Description

Phase 1. Cloud Assessment

Our cloud specialists can assess your current workflow processes and systems and identify a suite of cloud applications that will best suit your business.

Our Cloud Assessment service has two phases:

  • On-site review & documentation of current workflow processes: One of our cloud specialists will meet with you to analyse how your business currently operates. For example, for a plumber, we would track the workflow from the initial phone enquiry, through to job booking, assignment and completion and finally, invoicing.

  • Cloud adoption strategy & report: We will then identify a suite of cloud applications to best suit your business. Importantly, we will then plan a strategy for moving your processes and data to the cloud.

  • Our report will provide:

    • specific application recommendations & costings
    • business case justification (i.e. identifying cost savings)
    • detailed step-by-step migration plan (which could be used to implement the system in-house, if desired)

Phase 2. Cloud Application Set-up & Integration

As a Google Cloud Partner, we are experienced in the planning and implementation of cloud migrations.

Our team will:

  • set-up your chosen cloud apps and configure them to meet your business needs
  • use best practice tools to migrate your data and minimise business risk
  • integrate the applications to streamline processes and avoid 'double-entry' of data
  • we will then provide on-site user training and configure devices (e.g. smartphones and tablets)

Phase 3. Cloud System Management

Like most small businesses, you may not have the time (or expertise) to support and maintain your cloud systems. Maximise your investment in the cloud by leveraging our expertise.

We offer a range of plans to support your cloud systems including:

  • on-going application support, user-training & device management
  • we'll keep you and your team up-to-date about relevant updates to your cloud apps - including providing a newsletter with tips and tricks to help you become as productive as possible
  • importantly, we will undertake periodic reviews of your cloud systems to ensure your business continues to use best-of-breed applications and reaps the maximum benefit from your cloud adoption.
